There has been no appearance in this court for appellant. An examination of the ‍​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‍record thoroughly convinces us that he was fairly tried and justly convicted.

The judgment and order are, therefore, affirmed.
