Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Alfano, J.), rendered July 7, 1982, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the second degree (two counts), assault in the second degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s argument that his exculpatory statement made to the arresting officer after his arrest should have been admitted during the cross-exmaination testimony of that officer, is without merit.
