We reject the contention of defendant in the pro se supplemental brief that the verdict is repugnant insofar as he was acquitted of robbery in the first degree (
The verdict is not against the weight of the evidence (see People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495 [1987]). We have considered defendant‘s remaining contentions and conclude that they are without merit.
