—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kreindler, J.), rendered July 1, 1991, convicting him of murder in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends on appeal that the trial court’s supplemental jury instruction deprived him of his right to be tried for only those crimes charged in the indictment. The defendant registered no objection to the supplemental instruction, and his claim is unpreserved for appellate review (see, People v Udzinski,
