Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from two sentences of the County Court, Nassau County, imposed April 25, 1977 (Indictment Nos. 43870 and 43868). Sentences affirmed. No opinion. This case is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5). Titone, J. P., Hawkins, Suozzi and Mollen, JJ., concur.
