Defendant waived indictment and agreed to be prosecuted by a superior court information charging him with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree. He pleaded guilty to this charge and waived his right to appeal. The prosecution and defense made a joint recommendation that defendant, who had a prior felony, should be sentenced to 1 1/2 to 3 years in prison. Defendant was sentenced in accordance with the joint recommendation and he now appeals.
