—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Fisch, J.), rendered June 19, 1992, convicting dеfendant, upon his plea of guilty, of three сounts of robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violеnt felony offender, to concurrent terms of 15 years to life on each robbery cоunt and 3 to 6 years on the weapon possession count, unanimously affirmed.
