People v. BoydPeople v. Boyd
—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendants were charged with burglary in the second degree (Penal Law § 140.25 [2]) and petit larceny (Penal Law § 155.25) as a result of the burglary of a residence in Buffalo on July 6, 1997.
