In a habeas corpus proceeding, the relator appeals from an order the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 1, 1959 and entered June 24, 1959, after a hearing, which dismissed the writ and remanded him to the custody of respondent. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Brennan, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
