For the reasons given in the case People ex rel. Miller v. the District Court, No. 4906, decided at this term of court, the peremptory ‍​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​‍writ of prohibition will be allowed.
