Pa.1888Check TreatmentThe court below did well to adopt the report of the learned auditor. That report thoroughly and justly disposed of the case, and that disposition could not have been reversed or disturbed without doing serious injustice to the accountant.
The decree is affirmed at the costs of appellants.
