Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍Appeal we find no error of law in its judgment.

HAMITER and McCALEB, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍should be granted limited to a consideration of quantum.
