We are not impressed that any change should be made in our former opinion, reported in 241 Mich. 209" court="Mich." date_filed="1928-01-03" href="https://app.midpage.ai/document/pelavin-v-misner-3495688?utm_source=webapp" opinion_id="3495688">241 Mich. 209, and the decree is reversed as therein directed.
