On May 11, 2017, the court ordered plaintiff to file a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days. Plaintiff was warned that failure to file a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days would result in dismissal. [1] Plaintiff has not filed a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court assign a district court judge to the case; and

These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). [1] The court’s docket reveals that the court’s May 11, 2017 order was returned to the court by the 26 U.S. Postal Service because plaintiff was released from the Butte County Jail. Plaintiff has not provided the court with a new address. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court 27 apprised of his current address at all times. Pursuant to Local Rule 182(f), service of documents 28 at the record address of the party is fully effective. 1
