Plaintiff was awarded a jury verdict for $10,000 general damages and $15,000 punitive damages for an *144 alleged assault committed on plaintiff by defendant’s agents. During the trial, defendant failed to move for a directed verdict and failed to except to any of the instructions given by the trial court and does not otherwise call to our attention any alleged errors of the trial court made at any time during the trial. Later defendant moved for a new trial on the sole ground that there was no evidence to sustain the verdict. The motion was denied. Defendant’s appeal claims the trial court erred in denying its motion.
