The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the petition for ‍‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‍writ of certiorari are granted. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded for ‍‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‍further consideration in light of Gideon v. Wainwright, 372 U. S. 335.
