Order unanimously modified by striking out so much of paragraph ninth of the complaint as is objected to in subdivision 4 of item VII of the notice of motion, and as so modified, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Glennon, Untermyer and Cohn, JJ.
