Owen began this suit against the Chicago, Indiana and Eastern Kailway Company to enforce a hen upon its property, and made Dresback, Shultz, Shultz and Shultz, the Illinois Trust and Savings Bank, trustee, and others, parties defendant to answer as to their, interests.
