This case is controlled by the decision ‍‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‍of this court in the case of Ballard v. Orr, 105 Ga. 191, which upon a review thereof ‍‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‍is adhered to and affirmed. Judgment reversed.
