Neb. Rev. Stat. §
We cannot conclude that LB 671 is unconstitutional. We advise the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission to enforce its provisions.
Sincerely,
DON STENBERG Attorney General
Laurie Smith Camp Deputy Attorney General
