The judgmеnt of the district court is reversed and the case is remanded ‍​‌​‌​​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​​‌​‌​‍to that court with directions to issue a writ of habeas corpus.
