[48 NYS3d 191]—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants New York City Transit Authority and Metropolitan Transportation Authority appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lane, J.), dated April 19, 2016, as denied that branch of their motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against the defendant New York City Transit Authority as premature, with leave to renew upon the completion of discovery.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
