Adhering to my view that the death penalty is ‍‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‍in all circumstances cruel and unusual punishment prohibited by the Eighth and ‍‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‍Fourteenth Amendments, Gregg v. Georgia, 428 U.
