Oats v. State, 407 So. 2d 1004

DAUKSCH, Chief Judge.

The judgment in this case is reversed on the authority of Tascano v. State, 393 So.2d 540 (Fla.1980), and this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
