The judgment in this case is reversed on the authority of Tascano v. State, 393 So. 2d 540" date_filed="1980-06-05" court="Fla." case_name="Tascano v. State">393 So.2d 540 (Fla.1980), and this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
