The assignments of error are overruled and the judgment affirmed ‍‌​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍for the reasons given in the opinion of the court below.
