"3. Did the Appellаte Court сorreсtly determine that the triаl court ‍‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‍аbused its discretion by ordering 'sanctions' of $210,640.80?"
