PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from the trial court’s order dismissing a motion to set aside a decree of dissolution under Rule 74.06(b) and imposing sanctions pursuant to Rule 55.03. The trial court’s judgment is supported by substantial evidence and is not against the weight of the evidence. No error of law appears. Murphy v.
