N.J.2019A petition for certification of the judgment in A-004475-17 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted limited to the issues of whether legal malpractice claims are exempt from the Tort Claims Act (TCA) and whether plaintiff's "loss of liberty" damages claim is subject to the verbal threshold of the TCA.
