BOWEN, Judge.

The judgment of conviction of the appellant is reversed and the cause remanded ‍​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‍on authority of the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Napier v. State, 357 So.2d 1011 (1978).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
