In a negligence action to recover damages for injuries to person and property, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 1960, which denied its motion to dismiss the action for plaintiff’s failure to prosecute. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
