Plaintiff, a former resident in the urology residency training program sponsored by Montefiore Medical Center, was dismissed from the program on the ground of inadequate knowledge, clinical skill and competence. He commenced this action, alleging discrimination based on his Lebanese national origin and breach of contract, seeking reinstatement to the program.
