The appeal is upon the record, without ‍​​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‍bill of exceptions. In the absence of a bill of exceptions, the requested written ‍​​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‍charges refused to the defendant cannot be reviewed. We find no error in the ‍​​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‍record. The judgment of conviction is affirmed. Affirmed.
