This appeal presents a single point which has been previously decided by two of our sister Courts of Appeal. We have determined that the point is governed by the law as set forth in Sellers v. App." case_name="Ringenberger v. General Accident Fire and Life Assurance Corporation">214 So.2d 376, which we are informed may be in conflict with this decision.
