For the reasons this day handed down in Morris v. Morris, 152 So.2d 291, the issue presented by the appeal taken herein has become ‍‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‍moot and, accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
