No appеal саn bе ‍​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍takеn before final judgment, from a mere decision on a demurrer. There is no final judgment in this cause. The appeal is therefore dismissed.
