III. We have been unable, after a most careful examination of the record, to discover any evidence of fraud of which the plaintiff may complain. The verdict is entirely without support in the- evidence. That, this is a second verdict furnishes no reason for not setting it aside, when not based on proof sufficient to sustain it. Carlin v. Railroad Co., 37 Iowa, 316; Stale v. Billings, 81 Iowa, 100. — Reversed.
