Petition of Leamon Miller for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‍review and revise the judgment and decision in Miller v. State, 43 Ala.App. 287, 189 So.2d 576.
