A careful examination of the evidence in this case is convincing that a verdict in behalf of the plaintiff was demanded. For no reason assigned did the court err in directing such a verdict. The case of Bridges v. McFarland, 143 Ga. 581 (85 S. E. 856), relied on by counsel for the plaintiffs in error, was a suit upon a contract of sale, whereas this suit was upon a promissory note.
Judgment affirmed.
