The appellant having served the probated sentence ‍‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‍the question raised by the appeal is moot. ¡Cagle v. PMC Development Co. of Ga., 227 Ga. 309 (180 SE2d 545).
