The petition fails ‍‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​​‌​‍to allege any of the grounds for issuance of ‍‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​​‌​‍a writ of certiorari listed in Rule 39(c), A.R.A.P. Since ‍‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​​‌​‍these grounds are the only bases for jurisdiction in ‍‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​​‌​‍this Court, the petition is hereby denied.
