MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal is from a judgment signed July 28, 2026. The record reflects that on August 11, 2026, while the trial court retained plenary power, the trial court judge signed an order vacating that judgment. The result of that order was to leave no judgment to appeal. See Del Bosque v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., No. 14-22-00622-CV, 2023 WL 4883363, at *1–2 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] Aug. 1, 2023) (per curiam) (mem. op.).

On August 13, 2026, this court transmitted notification to the parties of this court‘s intention to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction unless appellant filed a response demonstrating grounds for continuing the appeal within 10 days. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a). Appellant‘s response fails to demonstrate that this court has jurisdiction over the appeal.

Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
