70 Ind. App. 336 | Ind. Ct. App. | 1919
This is an action by appellant against appellee to foreclose a mechanic’s lien, in which a judgment was rendered in favor of the latter against the former. The sole error relied upon for reversal is the action of the court in overruling appellant’s motion for a new trial, which is based solely on the grounds that the decision of the court is not sustained by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law. It thus appears that the only questions which appellant seeks to present by this appeal require a consideration of the evidence.
Judgment affirmed.
