The evidence adduced upon the trial being insufficient to authorize the defendant’s ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‍conviction, it was error to overrule his motion for a new trial.

■Judgment reversed.
