GROUND: FOUR:

Defense counsel was ineffective in violation of the bth $$ 144$ A Amendment to the United States Constitution.

FACTS: SUPPORTING GROUND:

All of the supporting facts to all ineffectiveness of counsel listed below is already presented in the present grounds $41 - 43$ . All facts in grounds $41 - 43$ are incorporated herein by reference. A: Defense counsel failed to object to the imposition of an illegal and void sentence.

B: Defense counsel failed to object to multiple punishments for offenses that arose out of the same criminal episode.

C: Defense counsel let the Applicant plead guilty to an illegal sentence. D: Defense counsel allowed the Applicant to plead true to the entoncement paragraph of indictment, when the offenses arese out of the same criminal episode. These ineffectiveness of counsel geands were previously raised by mistake in a motion for evidentiary hearing. See Applicant's already filed "Applicant's Request for a live evidentiary hearing specifically responding to these issues", p. 6 The Applicant is not trained in the law, and new supplements the 11.07 with these ineffectiveness of assistance grounds since the Court of Criminal Appeals has not yet rendered an opinion on grounds $41 - 43$ .
