It is urged that the claim is barred by the statute of limitations. We do.not think so. This is not an action to recover on a quantum meruit for these services. The partner received the amounts claimed for extra compensation from year to, year. Instead of making an entry on the books in the form of payment for services, the entry is that of an overdraft.
