The following states sustain the doctrine that the legal right of a cestui que trust to the possession and profits of the life estate to the extent provided by the deed or device may be valid and inalienable by the life tenant, if such intention of the grantor or testator appears from the instrument: Mannerback’s Estate, 133 Pa. 342 (19 Atl. 552); Broadway Nat’l Bank v.
