McMILLAN, Judge.

In compliance with the Alabama Supreme ‍‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‍Court’s opinion in Ex parte Matthews, 601 So.2d 52 (Ala.1992), this ‍‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‍cause is reversed and remanded to the circuit ‍‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‍court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND ‍‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‍REMANDED.
