Petition of Ronald Lee Martz for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals to ‍​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‍review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Martz v. State, 51 Ala.App., 290 So.2d 661.
