For the reasons assigned in Docket # 6504, John H. White, d/b/a White Construction & Equipment Rental Company v. Martin GMC Trucks, Inc., et al., handed down this date, 359 So.2d 1094, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Costs are taxed against plaintiff-appellant.
