Per. Curiam,

All that is necessary to be said in defence of the decree dismissing appellant from his office of trustee under tlfe will of his father, etc., will be found in the opinion of the learned judge of the orphans’ court. On that opinion we affirm the decree and dismiss the appeal with costs to be paid by the appellant.
